Me and Nick are good buddy’s with an open room in west LA right on the border of Santa Monica, min from the pier and walking distance to lots of great eats. We are looking for someone who is clean and easy going we love music and art and if you’re into that even better! It’s a house so all the amenity’s - including dishwasher, heat, AC, stove, etc.
