I am renting one private room and your own bathroom. The room currently has a twin bed, which can be kept or removed based on your preference. I am asking $900 a month with utilities included. I am a positive easygoing, and very clean person, and I am looking for a roommate that is clean respectful and nice. I hope my next roommate likes dogs I have three they are very friendly and nice.
