Looking for housemates/share house

Looking for housemates/share house in the Hobart area. I work full time and spend a large portion of my time on outdoor adventures and playing or watching some sort of sport. I am also a woman of many hobbies always trying to fix my array of broken bicycles or attempting to learn a new instrument or bread baking method. I am looking for a social house but not necessarily a party house. I am always down for a chat or a little dinner or game with housemates but also respect time, space and clear communication. My budget is generally or under per week and am looking for a house that gets some sunshine and is close to public transport. I am pretty social and like to have a bit of fun and also will likely be on a few weekend trips. I have lived in coed houses in Canberra for the last 3 years and can provide references if needed.
