Available March first, twenty twentysix: Looking for a laid-back, clean, and friendly roommate (preferable female) to take over my second room in a fully furnished bath apartment in Santa Monica. My current roommate just bought a house and is moving. The room and apartment are move-in ready.

The Apartment (Fully Furnished):
• Furnished kitchen with appliances & utensils
• Couch, dining table, TV, and furnished balcony
• Pull-up bar / mini home gym setup
• Internet & cable included

Your Bedroom (Furnished):
• Bed
• Two dressers
• Large closet
• AC unit
(You’re welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture if preferred.)

Apartment Community Features:
• Stainless steel appliances
• On- laundry room
• On-call maintenance
• Pool
• Super friendly, cool and quiet neighborhood community

Location:
• 3 minute walk to the beach
• 3 blocks from the Promenade
• Close to restaurants, bars, and all Santa Monica activities

Rent:
Eighteen hundred/month — utilities included
Half month of rent for deposit which goes toward your last month rent.

Looking For:
Someone clean, laid-back, respectful, and social. Ideally someone who appreciates a relaxed, comfortable home and is easy to live with.

Lease Info:
The apartment management requires proof of income and good credit to be added to the lease.
