Room comes with all utilities paid with high speed internet and professional housekeeping monthly. Room also come with use of all common living areas including kitchen, dining room, laundry and large back patio. I love to garden and I have a raised vegetable garden and flower garden that you’re welcome to enjoy! I’ve been renting out rooms in my home for two years now and I love meeting new tenants!
