Available now: LOCATED IN EASTSIDE COSTA MESA. Seeking a clean, tidy, kind, respectful, and courteous working professional or student for a spacious two story house located in Eastside Costa Mesa on a great street. You will only have two housemates. The house is a minute drive to UCI, and minutes from parks, shopping centers, South Coast Plaza, nightlife, dining, and the freeway. The Master sized room available is furnished and is situated upstairs in a private upstairs abode. Your primary bathroom is shared and is kept immaculately clean at all times ( you will need to uphold this courteous standard as well :) ). There is a half bathroom you have access to that can be used as well; however, you will likely never have scheduling conflict, which would require you to use that.

$ for master sized, furnished room. Pricing is a reflection of quality and location!
Utilities not included. Utilities to be split equally among us. Deposit is your one month rate.
