I am looking for a roommate to take over my lease at Axis starting NOW. I'm planning to also have this room available after UCD winter quarter.

The apartment details include:

Address: Research Park Drive, Davis CA, (I will share the exact unit # through DMs if you confirm interest!)
* The complex has great amenities including a gym, pool, study lounge, etc.

Unit: C bd x 2 br):
You would be taking Room C layout (the biggest room! comes with a walk-in closet) / sharing 1 bathroom (you will have your own sink space!)

Lease Term: Through August
Rent: $/month (base rent), utilities are paid for the year (except PG&E) with the bundle
* Includes In-unit washer & dryer
* Modern kitchen
* Fully furnished (including a bed stand, desk)

Roommates Information:
You will be living with 2 male roommates; they are super chill and clean! Both roommates are college-aged
One roommate owns a cat 🐈 !!! they are both really respectful of the unit's space

Additional Notes:
* This is a relet, meaning you would be taking over my current lease directly through the leasing office
* Leasing management will require an application and approval before the lease transfer is finalized
* Move-in timing is flexible!
* Move-in fees are already covered
