I’m looking for a roommate to take over the second bedroom in my -bathroom apartment at Englewood Pkwy. The furnished room is available immediately, and I’m looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

Here are the details:

- Your room and bathroom are private and fully attached.
- The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, a nice kitchen, and a balcony.
- The location is great! It’s right next to the Englewood Light Rail and close to shopping and restaurants. There’s also a pool and a gym in the building.
- The apartment is only a -minute drive/light rail from downtown and the Dish Office(mins by light rail). It’s also a -minute drive to Spectrum.
- The Walmart Super Centre is right next door.

The rent for the room includes basic utilities is (
Slightly Negotiable ), plus utilities(wifi&electricity) which usually run around fifty - seventy.
