The available room comes fully furnished, including a bed with linens, dresser, blackout curtains, and closet space, plus additional room for your own personal belongings and linens. The entire home is fully furnished and stocked so feel free to use all shared furniture and kitchen items.

The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and close-knit, with neighbors who look out for one another.

I live in the home with my 8-month-old son, who is very calm and quiet, so I’m looking for a safe, respectful, and kind roommate who appreciates a peaceful, family-friendly environment.

As a bonus, I have both long and short surfboards, a beach umbrella, and plenty of beach gear available for use.
