Female Roommate Wanted

Hello! I’m looking to find another female roommate that can do half-rent plus electric/water, everything else is included in the rent (total is $). I live next to the airport and the apartment comes with a nice private gym and a year-round pool. There’s also nice fire pits and grills around as well. The room is the second bedroom of a 3 bedroom apartment and is the biggest of the 3. Comes with a large walk-in closet and attaches to the bathroom, so far no one lives in the third bedroom, and I have two cats. I’ve just recently moved in myself so the apartment is pretty bare so you’re more than welcome to bring your own furnishings. Photos are from the as someone is staying in the room for the meantime.
