What We’re Looking For in a Roommate:

Responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.

Good with communication, respectful, generally a mature demeanor willing to receive and give feedback as needed (we use a group chat for household matters).

Able to pay bills on time

Okay with cats (no allergies, please).

Ideally looking for a 1-year lease commitment.
