Renting out My Basement!

I am looking for a roommate to rent out my basement. I own my home, and my almost two year old lives with me. The basement is large and open, offering plenty of room to set up a living area, dining space, and sleeping area. Please note there are no fully enclosed rooms downstairs. However, a heavy curtain is set up, so you will have privacy.

You will also have a car space in the garage, plus extra storage available in the shed and basement.

I am located on the east side of Columbus, right off Noe Bixby Rd. Rent would be dependent on length of lease.

Utilities, Wi-Fi and laundry access are included. A security deposit equal to the first month’s rent is required to move in, and a rental agreement will need to be signed.
No dogs permitted, as my dog is not friendly toward other dogs. Cats and other small pets are permitted. Pet deposit is $.
