An ideal roommate is one who communicates well, plans in advance and is in tune with their needs. If you keep to yourself that is great. A double oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, including a laundry room downstairs. The home has hardwoods throughout and new carpet in the bedrooms. Cleanliness is important to keep nice things.

If you report to the office every day, the utilities will stay low and affordable but if you live and work from home, I need to know up front. The home boasts a 3 bedroom and baths with pool, private lake and tennis courts. From the back yard, just at the picket fence you can take the stairs to the waterfall just a few hundred yards.
