Primary with private bathroom

Hi, I’m Megan a thirty year old professional working in biotech. My roommate is moving out in February and the room will be available March 1st. The house is a Bath, you’d
have your own bathroom. There is a medium sized yard, with lawn furniture, a fire pit, and raised beds for gardening. The third room is small and is currently an office/guest room. The house is down a quiet deadend street and the neighbors are very friendly. I’m typically gone at work M-F pm.
