The monthly rent is $1000 and the room is available on January 2. $1000 rent plus utilities are around $100 per month & $1000 deposit. Looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 1 bath apt in Simi Valley must like dogs there are 2 senior labs. Really nice big beautiful apartment complex with pool BBQ grills clubhouse gym dog park oak trees etc. The apt is 2 bed 1 bath with a balcony central air & heat. Your bedroom has a bed including a $500 memory foam mattress lamp & fan. Looking for someone without a lot of stuff whom just has clothes maybe a TV and desk by January 1st thank you
