In a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Park on the street. No pets. Anyone over the age of must have their own room. No couples. Renter’s insurance required. First month’s rent due before or on move-in. No late payments. Background check REQUIRED.

These deposits are not FEES. They are held. And they are YOUR money. Until the end of the lease. Any charges assessed at your move out (damages) will be deducted from this deposit. As long as you return the room as you receive it there will be NO deductions from your deposit.

Your deposits are due on the date of your move in or sooner. Your first month’s rent is due upon move in or before. Application fee is due BEFORE signing the lease. We must have an approved background check before signing the lease.
