I am looking for a roommate to take over half of the lease. I have just moved into this unit the beginning of October and the room has been unused.

Unit: bath in Gateway Park (Green Valley Ranch)
Gated community
Lake view
Storage units available
Garages available

You will have a private bedroom + bathroom: includes monthly rent + utilities (electric and water) + WiFi
Security deposit required (one time, refundable)
Qualification: must make at least double OUR TOTAL rent - please message for details (paystubs required for signing)

No pets please, unit is at max capacity already
No couples please
No loud/chaotic children (it is the 3rd floor)
Background test required
