I’m looking for a housemate! FEMALES ONLY It is an older bathroom house. I would be asking for $ a month, this includes Internet, water, sewer, electric, and gas.You would have your own room and a shared bathroom (only shared bc it’s the guest bathroom, mostly just your own). The bedroom is not fully furnished ,but you would have access to all utilities/appliances (oven ,stove ,washer ,dryer, fridge, etc) It has a large back yard and a patio! Small pets only.
