Looking for considerate apartment!!

Hi everyone! My girlfriend and I are looking for an affordable apartment in or around the Miami area with a budget of $k. We’re moving at the beginning of January to start a new life together and are hoping to find a private owner who may be flexible with rental history and security deposit. We are actively applying for jobs now, so an offer letter may be available to show. We do have a past balance from our first apartment that we are currently off. My girlfriend previously lived in Miami with her family when she was younger and would love the opportunity to return. We also have two very cute cats, Apricot and Dash 🐾 In-unit laundry would be a plus. Thank you so much for any leads or consideration!
