Looking for a roommate to share sq ft home. Rent will be $ deposit. You would have the master bedroom with full bath (standing shower), large closet, one side of garage, as well as main living room as your own space. The kitchen, dining & laundry will be shared spaces. I have cats but pets will stay with me in my spaces and shouldn't be a bother to you. Pets with good temperments are welcome as well. Utilities will be split.
