I am moving for work and need someone to take over my lease! The space is a bad square foot spacious apartment only blocks away from multiple grocery stores, delicious restaurants, and the Fashion Place mall. There's an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, a/c, and heater. Parking lot is directly in front of the apartment, with a small patio to enjoy in warmer weather. Optional storage locker (for an additional fee), dog park, bbq area, and small community gym.

My roommate who you would be living with is a year old teacher with 1 cat. He is mostly quiet and keeps to himself. Doesn't mind tv/music in shared spaces, but prefers quieter evenings.
