Move-in flexible Jan 1 – end of February · Your half ≈ $/month includes water, garbage, Wi-Fi, and one parking spot
Utilities are separate and split, usually $/each

The apartment will be fully deep-cleaned for a fresh start

Private unfurnished bedroom (purple room) + shared full bath
Apartment is fully furnished (couch, TV, dining table, full kitchen setup, in-unit W/D, balcony)
Preferably no additional pets, but I’m open to one small, well-behaved dog or cat (case-by-case)
No couples, no kids, no smoking/partying, social drinking okay, guests okay with notice

Quiet and very clean household—I work two jobs and keep to myself
My hobbies include art, writing, gaming, hiking, traveling, good food, and more
I am a night owl, but occasionally work morning shifts
