The balcony has another dining table and several plants. In summer, it’s a lovely spot to have breakfast or dinner.

 

Location:
Lilienstraße is a quiet street running parallel to Dresdner Straße, which takes you to Augustusplatz in about 8 minutes by bike. From the Köhlerstraße tram stop (a 2-minute walk), the tram lines take you quickly to the city center. Right next to the stop is the large neighborhood Kaufland supermarket, which offers not only groceries but also a pharmacy, a drugstore, and everything else you might need for daily life. Döner places and cafés complement the area.

From Lilienstraße, you can also reach the Lene-Voigt Park and Rabet Park quickly. In addition to Spätis and green spaces, you’ll find volleyball courts and table tennis there, which contribute to a great quality of life—especially in summer.

We do a lot together—game nights (cards/Settlers of Catan) or trips to the nearby beer garden “Substanz.”
Especially in summer, we often play volleyball in the nearby parks. Of course, there’s also space to relax if you need some me-time. We also have a cleaning schedule that we all appreciate and follow well to keep the flat tidy.
