I’m currently looking for a roommate to join me in my unit bath right next to the Sheppard west subway station for January ! This will be as a sublease. Month to month, short term and Long term .

Rent is $/month everything included plus wifi!

The unit has in-suite laundry and a large balcony. Right near subwsy station

With lots of fun amenities; gym, indoor and outdoor lounge, professional pet wash, mini pet park, Indoor and outdoor children playgrounds etc.

I am and a full time contractor! I love music, exercise , writing and going on walks! I am very easygoing but like to keep the place organized!
