The house is two levels - main level with a huge finished basement.

Main level: living room, huge kitchen, storage closet, bathroom and two bed rooms.

Basement: huge living room, laundry room, harry potter storage closet, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and huge storage room with shelving.

Yard is massive and fenced in with a shed, two raised garden beds, RV parking on the sides of the house, a fire pit, pergola with string lights, a ceiling fan and a dart board. 2 car attached garage with tons of storage and a work area.

Rent is $ plus utilities - totaling around $.

Landlords are INCREDIBLE and on it! i am moving out of state and need to fill this room asap which is why i am willing to cover the full december rent and allow early move in.

You would be living with 2 females - KatieJo, and Chandler, . KatieJo has a sweet doggy boy named Ozzy, 8 and Chandler has a sweet old man cat named Murphy, .

Female, non-binary/queer preferred. One cat or dog is okay but MUST be friendly with other animals as we have Ozzy and Murphy here.

Landlords require rental insurance but it’s super cheap! I have it through Lemonade and it’s $ bucks a month. You will need to apply through Zillow. Reach out for help with this!
