I'm a working professional (non-smoker, non-drinker) I clear background, credit, and income checks. I work at an office in HB with my small dog sixty hours of the week.

I'm looking to rent a room with a private bathroom, for 2 years or possibly longer, in the Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley (OCC) area.

I will need access to a fridge, light kitchen use, wifi, washer and dryer. Street parking works. When I am home, I’m quiet, clean, considerate, and to myself.

Fourteen hundred a month is what I’m willing to pay. I have a small dog that comes with me to work and is crate trained in my room.

I'm availabe to move in Jan 1st. I'm drama free, guest free, party free.
