Room available starting January 1st.

It’s a bath apartment in Mid-Wilshire, very centrally located.

I’m looking for a roommate to share the apartment with me through July.

The building and neighborhood are safe. There is only one other unit connected to this one and the neighbors are very mindful of noise

There is in-unit laundry, dishwasher and heating.

I have one cat.
