Available March. Hi, my name is Lora. I am a fifty-two-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. Private bathroom and utilities (within reason) included. Full access to kitchen, laundry, etc. Looking for someone (straight female, age forty-sixty highly preferred) responsible that can take care of my 4 rescue cats when I'm on vacation or otherwise not available. No other pets allowed please. Current roommate who's lived here for thirteen yrs+ is moving out of state to be closer to family. Month to month to start to make sure we're compatible. After that, looking for long-term renter. Will need to climb stairs to care for pets when I'm away, otherwise stairclimbing not necessary
