Hi everyone! I had a personal emergency and need to move out asap. I have a private room in a cozy house right in the middle of downtown Bellingham on Billy Frank st. Rent is $, not including utilities. Move in is asap, and move out would be August 6th, though you could stay for another lease cycle if you want. I am willing to give my safety deposit if that helps with the weird time frame. I have some furniture I can leave, but I am taking my bed. No pets allowed, unfortunately.
The roommates keep to their self and the vibe is quiet and cozy. More of an individualist atmosphere, great for introverts, I haven’t seen any parties. Sometimes they do movie nights in the living room. Mainly working adults, a few in their s. There are 7 other roomies.
