Hey! My name is Gracie! I’m LGBTQ+ friendly, I have a cat named mecko, animal friendly. Just moved into this apartment last year and my 3 roommates are moving out, I’m wanting to renew but I need to find 3 people that wanna move in, in June. rent will be $ a month not including utilities, utitilies are usually around $ a person and the apartment complex is regency court! Has a washer and dryer included and 2 rooms on second floor have their own bathrooms. 3rd floor has 2 bigger rooms but share a bathroom. also about a 5 minute walk to bus stop that goes to campus if you’re in school!
