Hi, my daughter is transferring to another College. We are subleasing her room. $ per month plus parking $ but we will cover the parking and we will have give you January for free. It is bedroom XL with private bedroom. Garage is on the same floor.
Her roommate is a quiet and sweet girl. She is my daughter’s friend when they were in elementary.
It is located on NorthPoint Crossing. This is a quiet complex min walking to Engineering building and 5 min from century Square Mall (lost is restaurants and cinema).
