hi all! I have one room available on the second floor of my house for hundred monthly in Glen Allen, VA. House is located in the Stonewall Glen Neighborhood. All utilities included (water, electricity, garbage, and wi-fi). Looking for someone, preferably a student at Reynolds (~x mins away) or VCU (~x mins away), to start renting ASAP. I am a twenty two yr old professional pursuing a second degree.
