Bedroom available with a view. Twin bed available if needed. Living room is furnished. Perfect for minimalist. Amenities: Pool, full gym, hot tub, balcony, top floor, business/work center.
Utilities and Internet are split evenly. I work during the day and some early evening hours in the living room. There is a recording studio but most of my work is with headphones unless I have a client over. I don’t mind a roommate using the space while I am working.
