Looking for a solo female roommate for a bath in Arvada. You get your own private bedroom (ft-pictured with current roommate's king size bed, will be removed) with a really nice view of a tree outside your window (nicer when it has leaves!), bathroom and loft area (pictured, but current roommate's stuff is still in it-this will be cleared out). Looking for someone who wants to move in mid to late December, but can make the room available as early as . The room will be unfurnished. Landlord has not increased rent year to year as of yet.

Rent includes all fees. We split electric and internet.

This apartment is awesome and I love living here! There is a ton of living space and a balcony, which is even better when the tree right outside has leaves. We have in unit laundry, dishwasher, central AC/heat and are top floor. Parking is a close and it is a very quiet area.
There is also a common living room that I am not doing much with right now. I would love to decorate it together and make it more of a home.

I am looking for a roommate who works regular hours outside the home, or has a hybrid schedule without taking many meetings where you have to speak. The upstairs loft that is all yours is a great spot to have an office, but there is nothing blocking the sound from the rest of the apartment. I teach ballroom and Latin dance for a living and work mostly evenings, so if you work daytime outside the home, we will both have a good amount of time in the apartment ourselves.

No pets please. I have a cat who loves people, but hates other animals.

My name is Jen and I love the outdoors and love to be creative. I hike, run, climb (though I have a toe injury right now), cross country ski, and enjoy camping and backpacking as well. I love checking out live music and the local arts scene too! I am a quiet roommate and am an outgoing introvert, so I need my alone time, but I would also love to have a roommate who I can grow to be very good friends with.
