Looking for someone to take over my lease ending July '. (landlords are awesome and most likely would offer an extension of lease if wanted to post july). Available for immediate move-in after lease is sorted.

Studio in a quiet building 5 minutes from downtown. $ a month including water, electricity and wifi are separate. Option to add on a parking spot in an enclosed lot for $ a month. Ample street parking if not interested in for parking.

Coin laundry in basement, they have a change maker so no need to go to the bank. Options for storage in the basement if needed for like totes and luggage.

Super responsive maintenance and landlords!!
