Seeking a female roommate for my bath apartment within walking distance to WWU, by December 1st.
This would be a lease takeover until July st. Rent is $.
I absolutely love this apartment, it is south-facing, the only unit with a balcony, and has a beautiful view of Chuckanut Mountain. There is also a very large island in the kitchen, so tons of counter space!

I am , and I have a 7 year old daughter. She is with me Sunday mornings - Wednesday mornings (at school during the weekdays). I work Wednesday through Saturday and am doing full-time online classes, so besides the days I have my daughter, I am typically out of the house or keeping to myself.

I have a super friendly and well-behaved ESA cat. No additional pets are allowed.

Queer and friendly.
No hard drugs or parties.
