I’m subleasing my room starting January . I live in a house with 3 other girls at University Heights. My roommates are two TAMU students (one in nursing school) and the other is an ER nurse. I have a dog that will be leaving with me and my roommate has one so we are dog friendly with a good backyard. Everyone is very clean and the common areas are already fully furnished and decorated! It has an attached bathroom and closet and doesn’t share a wall with anyone.
