We have a private room available in Spring, TX for $/month (one person) or $/month (two people).

🔹 Includes:
– Rent, water, gas, electricity, and internet
– Furnished room (bed, nightstand, TV)
– Shared access to kitchen, 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs), and laundry
– Free street parking

🔹 Cleaning:
You don’t have to worry about cleaning — we take care of cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms once a week, and we handle the trash as well.

🔹 House rules:
No illegal activities, loud noise, pets, smoking, alcohol, drugs, weapons, or guests allowed.

🔹 Requirements:
– $ deposit (refundable as long as there is no damage to the room)
– 6-month minimum lease
– Valid ID required
