Hi! I am looking for a new roommate to take over the master bedroom with its own private bathroom in my bath apartment here in San Diego. The room is spacious, has great privacy, and the apartment is already nicely furnished in the shared areas.
A little about the home and vibe:
• Rent: $ + split utilities
• Three blocks from beach
• Plenty of off-street parking right out front
• Move-in: any time from asap- December 1st
A little about me:
I am social and love hanging out with friends, but also appreciate cozy nights in. I have a super sweet -year-old dog named Gunner and a playful kitten named Merlin. They are both very friendly and add lots of love to the place.
The apartment complex has a great community feel. Neighbors here like to hang out together, which makes living here really fun.
