Single mom, 3 year old & dog

Looking for bedroom with bath, preferably a master bedroom. I am a nurse and I work when my year old is in school full time Monday through Friday. Need a place preferably newer or newly renovated that does not have mold. Leaving a mold environment and my child especially is sensitive. Dog is paperwork for emotional support animal for myself and is % house trained, friendly, never allowed to roam your home and he loves his kennel which we use when away, at night, and openly at home our dog is in his kennel. I also groom him x month to keep hair to a minimum. Would love ample parking and/or garage space for wagon and bikes but not a must.
