Hey there, my name is Kyle and I'm a year old professional seeking a roommate in a sqf home available for immediate move in.

The room up for rent is furnished. The room comes with brand new furniture including a mattress and set of pillows never slept on before, nightstand, with lamp, shelf lamp, and a dresser in the closet. All lights feature GE Cync smart bulbs. You're welcome to rearrange or replace anything you'd like.

The house itself includes Fiber internet, a Television in the living room (pictures attached), a kitchen outfitted with a dish washer, garbage disposal, air fryer, coffee/latte maker, slow/pressure/rice cooker, etc. If you need a wired connection to a computer, that's no issue.

The bathroom will be a shared bathroom with one other tenant. There is a washer and dryer in the home as well as a fully furnished porch in the fenced back yard. The home is a couple minutes out from US one, and another couple minutes out from the Florida Turnpike. There's a handful of grocery stores and local restaurants in the local area. The neighborhood is a pretty quiet one. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen as well as a second one in the garage and cabinet space so plenty of storage for your groceries.

I am the only one in this house currently, but come January, one tenant will be moving in. A twenty three year old man, to occupy the room next to this one. Your responsibilities as a roommate would include your rent on time, clean up after yourself, and be a nice person to be around. Utilities, water, trash pickup, etc are all included in your rent. I'm just looking for a professional man or woman who isn't afraid to come out and say hi or hang out with your roommates every once in a while. I'm looking for both a roommate and a friendly person.

No drugs are allowed on the property, but alcohol is okay. There will be twenty pound dog in the home. Please reach out to me if you're interested.
