posting this for a friend to help them out, I have a room to rent in my house in Troutdale (Sweetbriar neighborhood). It will be ready by December month lease while I prepare the house to sell.

The room is on the lower level of my house. It is unfurnished. You would have your own bathroom and living room. Those are unfurnished. The laundry is located in your bathroom. Only the laundry will be shared. The kitchen is on the 2nd floor and also would be shared. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a full size refrigerator in the garage you will have full access to.
