Private Bedroom is fully furnished bedroom with Sitting Area + Queen size bed. Private bathroom includes biweekly cleaning.

Rent includes Internet + utilities except Elect/Gas which is shared.
Please NOTE: that there is NO ACCESS to Laundry onsite.

This is a single family 2-story home in south Olathe in a quiet neighborhood. The house is located at the end of a short cul-de-sac- there are no houses on the circle of the cul-de-sac.

There is a walking trail beside the property line that connects 2-large parks. Near the JoCo Executive Airport, easy access to highways (-Highway) and shopping/ restaurants.

This would be an ideal situation for someone who is in transition or who is mature or a professional who travels a lot. I keep to myself so looking for someone who is quiet, neat, and respectful.

No pets; Absolutely no couples or children that would spend nights visiting.
Absolutely No Smokers (including vape, cannabis or mushroom products), No alcohol, No Drugs. No night shift roomies considered as it is opposite work shift of homeowner. Sorry but tried this with a prior roommate and it didn't work well.

There is only Street Parking available.
