Room for rent, move in Nov/Dec (flexible). It’s a really nice home with baths within a cozy neighborhood, access to the Cherry Creek bike trail, central air, laundry, basement, and a big backyard. Along with 3 cool roommates there is a very sweet doggo who lives downstairs however, please note that she doesn’t do well with other animals.
The bedroom has a nice window with good light and the rent is very affordable at $.
