The home is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The home is located near OSU and Riverside Methodist Hospital, as well as shopping eating establishments and entertainment. Rent includes utilities, internet and Spectrum TV access. Social drinking, but not interested in dealing with heavy drinking, illegal drug users,or those who want to stir drama. My home is chill, positive, mature and healthy. Must like dogs, as I have 2 young Standard Poodles who are funny and charming.
