Large downstairs room with large walk in closet , shared parking . Washer and dryer upstairs . An extra freezer for space , will have space in the refrigerator as well and cabinet space for your goods .
The utilities can be included in the rent once discussed . There is myself a male and two females who stay in the upstairs half of the house . There is some gym equipment also available to use .
