Room for Rent in Sun-Filled Home

We have two rooms for rent in our sun-filled house in Falls Church, VA.

We are two queer women: one extroverted introvert and one introverted extrovert. One of us works from home. We both work in science and tech, enjoy cooking delicious dinners, and spend a lot of our free time in the outdoors. We’re not heavy partiers or drinkers, but have occasional dinner or brunch parties.


You will have a private bedroom, a bath shared with one other tenant, and access to common areas including kitchen, dining, and two living rooms. We also have a large backyard with patio, grille, and old growth oak trees.

We have a sweet golden retriever who is quiet and well-behaved. She loves head scratches and words of affirmation.

The location is convenient to several grocery stores and restaurants as well as a bus stop to the metro, INOVA Fairfax, and Mosaic District.

We are looking for good communicators who are considerate of shared spaces and who are open to sharing chores to keep the house moderately tidy. Roommates must be non-smokers and queer-affirming.


Rent is $ per month. Utilities and Internet are an additional $ per month for a total of $. Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis and will be charged pet rent of $ per month. We’re allergic to cats.

Available immediately. Minimum 6 month lease preferred but negotiable. Room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Rental application and background check will be required before signing a lease. 1 month security deposit required upon signing.
