bath spacious house with an office and backyard in Lakewood, CO, right next to the light rail and Sloan's Lake. Rent is $/month + utilities $/month depending on the season (includes internet, gas, electric, trash, and water). Move-in requires a background and credit check ~$ deposit, and $ pet fee if you have one. I have a cat named Chihiro, who gets along with humans and dogs, but unfortunately is a dick to other cats, so I can't accept another kitty.

A little about me: Alexa ( She/Her), I’m an accountant and work in office M-F, I’m in grad school, and I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’d describe myself as a busy homebody who likes a tidy, relaxed space.

Looking for a responsible, employed roommate who enjoys a clean and cozy home. Ideally, easygoing, and someone who values a calm, balanced lifestyle. I’m sober, but I’m fine with alcohol and -friendly as long as it’s low-key. Just not into parties.
