I am looking for a responsible and clean roommate to rent a Bedroom with a private Bathroom, in a spacious 2 Bedroom apartment in Newport Beach.

The building is in one of the best apartment complex in the area.
It includes many Pools; the main Pool has a spectacular Bay view!

We have a Jacuzzi, Gym, Tennis courts, Café, Nail salon, Dry cleaning and more.
People drive from different places to run or ride a bike on Back Bay.

Fashion Island, Chase Bank, Whole Foods Market and many other stores are in walking distance.
Airport, Ocean, Corona Del Mar and freeways basically to anywhere are just 5 minutes away.

I am told of that I am very friendly, open minded, respectful and drama free. I like sports, nature, beauty… I’ll tell you more about me when we meet).

The room is medium size bedroom with separate bathroom right next to your room.
The window is looking at the beautiful fountain.

You can freely use the Kitchen(including cookware and dishes ,Living room and patio.

Furniture can be optional. There is a Bed, Mattress, Desk, Office chair and 2 lamps.
Everything is in a good condition, but can be removed.
