Furnished room in my 3-bedroom condo currently available. The room has a full-size bed, desk, desk chair and entertainment stand with drawers. You will have use of the main bathroom generally to yourself. I use the bath in my bedroom suite. You have full use of the kitchen - dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The kitchen was recently updated and it is kept clean, please. No dirty dishes lying around. We have a washer and dryer. We have a sunny breakfast area for eating, a small patio and a wood-burning fireplace in the living area. A flowering crape myrtle is right outside your bedroom. You will have free parking just outside your bedroom window, free Wi-Fi and a pool pass in the summer. Your rent includes all home utility expenses. I am centrally located off of Columbia Pike/Rt. Inter-County Connector, near the new Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center, , FDA White Oak Campus, Kaiser Permanente, Beltsville, Columbia, and Laurel. Calverton-Galway Park is a 5-min. walk - great for exercise. I am seeking another clean, mature and reliable housemate. I prefer another friendly and upbeat male - a student or a professional. You must be OK with kids because grandkids visit on occasion. They’re well-mannered, respecting of your personal space and they’re really cute. :) Absolutely no drugs, smoke, baggage or trouble, please. Application and background check prior to lease.
